Leadership Coaching Program
For current and aspiring leaders, great performance requires more than effort, commitment, intelligence, and hard work. Great performance requires feedback, reflection, and continuous improvement. Our coaching model provides constructive and thought-provoking feedback through a trusted coach-and-leader relationship. The coach’s extensive experience, insight, and monitoring of the goals and actions of the leader provide an impartial, fresh perspective that will support personal growth and system-wide improvement.
The Coaching Program is a five-step model for increasing leadership effectiveness. This process will be repeated on an ongoing basis for continuous improvement in leadership development. Each session will last approximately 45 minutes and take place via telephone. A mutual time will be agreed up to conduct sessions.
Assess:
- Determine preparation required by both coach and principal
Set Goals:
- Identify professional goals
Prepare:
- Determine required skills
- Set model for learning activities
Implement:
- Establish accountability measures
Reflect/Debrief:
Clients will have access to client management system which includes:
- Personal Username and Password
- Access to notes from each session to monitor progress
- Calendar to set and adjust appointments
- Additional resources to support building leadership capacity
If a school was permitted to have just one training, this is the one!
My training will help to raise test scores for all students, decrease discipline challenges, and improve classroom rapport. You will learn how to meet students where they are and lead them where they need to be, capture attention, and promote deeper learning.
