Teacher Teams Data Analysis Program
Teachers are essential in increasing student achievement. We work with teacher teams with curriculum mapping, creating formative and summative assessments aligned to prioritized standards, and identifying appropriate strategies to effectively address prioritized needs. Our program focuses on:
Effective Use of Data
We will ensure teachers are set to incorporate the Data Analysis process into their professional practice with fidelity. If Professional Learning Communities (PLC) is in place, the Data Analysis process will help add power to those collaborative meetings. If your school is new to the process of professional collaboration, this process will help implement the model in your school. In addition, we will focus on how Leadership Teams uses data from the Data Analysis process to inform next steps.
Participants will learn:
- Research that supports the Data Teams process
- The foundational components of the Data Teams process: prioritizing standards, assessment, and data
- The Data Teams meeting process and how to implement the Data Teams process
- The connection between the Decision Making for Results and Data Teams processes
- The value of common formative assessments and analyzing student work
As a result of this learning experience, participants will be able to:
- Establish Teacher Collaborative Teams with defined roles
- Create a focus for instruction
- Monitor and adjust instruction based on needs of students
- Replicate and implement the the Data Analysis process
- Sustain their efforts in professional collaboration
- Effectively use data to inform decision making at the Leadership and Teacher Team level

My training will help to raise test scores for all students, decrease discipline challenges, and improve classroom rapport. You will learn how to meet students where they are and lead them where they need to be, capture attention, and promote deeper learning.
